There was three guys study at AIS. They are best friend and always play with each other. Henry, Jimmy, Ricky was the name of three boys. This a good school in HCM city, it in district 10. AIS school has 7th floors. In the morning, Ricky and Henry eat breakfast together on the canteen and go the library to read book and find information for their homework. And Jimmy always plays with the girls. At lunch time, they usually play hide-and-seek or foosball. Mr. Dave is a big person in AIS, he is a detective. He catches every people that speak Vietnamese and broke the rule. Many students in AIS have joint to the detention club. They was the people not obey to Mr. Dave. Detention club is a place that you can relax after a long and tired day. One day, after lunch time Henry and his friend want to play a new game so everybody have meeting at 7th floor in the gym. In that meeting, everybody speak Vietnamese, they shouted at each person face. At the same time, Mr. Dave across through the gym. Suddenly, he hear something like Vietnamese and he goes in.
“What language did you speak,” Mr. Dave asked.
“Vietnamese!” everyone replied.
“So why did you speak Vietnamese,” Mr. Dave said
“Uhmmmm, because English so hard to speak and understand. Vietnamese easier!”
Mr. Dave said back, “so the punishment easier than speak English.”
After that he gave everyone a blank paper and told them to write why they should speak English.
Henry very angry about the punishment.
Henry said, “why we must do this punishment.”

Henry said, “why we must do this punishment.”

“Because we spoke Vietnamese,” replied Jimmy.

“We spoke Vietnamese because here is Vietnam not America,” Henry shouted.

“But our school rule is no Vietnamese,” Ricky said.

“Whatever just do it. I don’t care what Mr. Dave said,” Henry answered.

Henry not said anything about Mr. Dave but him really hated him.

In the morning on Monday, Henry was playing game in the library. He know that the school rule is no game, but he thought no one will care about this thing. And finally, Ms. Josephine come and looked Henry.

“Are you playing game,” Ms. Josephine asked.

Henry replied, “yes, I’m playing game.” Henry answered with a fearless sound.

“Go with me to Mr. Dave room,” Ms. Josephine said angrily.

The reason why he do this stupid thing is he though that this school was bad and English is bad too. He don’t want to study anymore and ignore every people included teachers and his best friends. When he went to Mr. Dave room, Henry though he will be kick out of school. He was very glad about that. And here Mr. Dave room and Henry went in. Suddenly, he saw a big guy seating on an armchair.

“This is a student who playing game in library,” Ms. Josephine said.

“Yes, that good. You can go now,” Mr. Dave answered.

Ms. Josephine go and left Henry alone.

“Not nice to see you again. Ho!” Mr. Dave said.

“Yeah!” answered Henry.

After a while Henry went back to his class and think. Finally, he figure it out what Mr. Dave said to him. Henry was very angry about his self. He said sorry to his friends and teachers. He though that to late to apologized but it wasn’t late. His friends forgive his mistake and be nice to him. After that he know that he must say thanks to Mr. Dave. And Henry quickly ran to his room to say thanks for everything.

My Computer Science class. Ms. Ann calls all the boys "Digital Cowboys" because we love working on the computers.

Mr. Darrell is one of my teachers at AIS. He teaches Earth Science.

My first week at AIS was very good because it's a lot of fun to study at this new school. I like to study many subjects here. My two favorite subjects are dance and computer science. I have many friends at school. They are : KHOA ,TIEN , HAI , DUY , LAM. We like to play table tennis.

My name is Thanh and I`m 12 years old. I was born and grew in Phan Thiet. Phan Thiet is a beautiful place in southern Vietnam. Although, I was born and grew in Phan Thiet, but I study and live in Ho Chi Minh city. One year ago, I moved to Ho Chi Minh City with my mother to study at American International School. There are 4 people in my family: My father, mother, older sister, and me. My father is a businessman, working for HOUNG SEN company in Phan Thiet. My mother is a housewife. She cooks delicious Vietnamese food. My favorite dish is beef noodle soup. I have an older sister who is 16 years old. She is a high school student. My sister loves to eat fish. Phan Thiet has a lot of fresh seafood. I like my new school very much because I have many friends here and all of my American teachers are really nice and friendly.
